2) Download, complete, and e-mail me form 4 or 5 (whichever is applicable to your needs).

3) Call or e-mail me to schedule a free, one time, approximately 45-min consultation and registration session to meet with you and your pet(s). During this time I will:

Meet with you & your pet(s).
Learn detailed information about your pet(s) such as their personality, behaviors, sitting and/or walking them, and your needs.
Review my policies, services, and fees.

Please have the following ready:

Two (2) sets of house keys, ready and tested. One set of keys will be kept in a secure place in my home office as a back-up.
Make sure name tags and vaccinations are up to date for dogs and outdoor cats.
